If you wish to exercise your right of access, Brepols will respond within one (1) month from receiving the request. Inaccurate or incomplete personal data can always be corrected. It is the responsibility of the User to first correct any inaccuracies or omissions themselves. You can exercise your right to correction by submitting an additional statement to Brepols. Brepols will act on it within one (1) month from receiving the additional statement.
You also have the right to have your personal data deleted without undue delay. You can only invoke this right to be forgotten in the following cases:

Right to withdraw my consent/right to file a complaint
The user has the right to withdraw their consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Additionally, the user has the right to file a complaint regarding the processing of their personal data by Brepols with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit).
